Clarence is a happy, fun-loving, goofy clown. This sweet boy can make a game out of anything and has never met a stranger. His energy needs are high in the shelter, but that may decrease when he moves into a home environment. He loves all other dogs and people and is very tolerant of children. Clarence is always in a great mood and makes everybody around him smile...ALL THE TIME.
